Rishikesh is traditionally known as the spiritual capital of the globe. From the music legends like "The Beatles" to new age celebrities like actor Kate Winslet - everyone wants to come down to this city of Yogi's and Temples. It is believed that meditation in Rishikesh brings one closer to attainment of salvation, or moksha, as does a dip in the holy river that flows through. Our Rishkesh tour is specially designed to not only give you a chances to experience this city  but also experience yourself through its culture and spiritual practices. 

2 Week Spiritual Rishikesh Tour Itinerary:

Tuesday
Early Morning Yoga session followed by therapeutic Ayurvedic Massage session. You will have a personal consultation with  a Ayurvedic doctor to seek medication for any particular ailments and to help you relive you of your stress and fatigue Sightseeing in New Delhi: Dilli Haat, Red fort, Qutub Minar etc.

Wednesday
Day tour to Agra : Visit the Taj Mahal. Early morning departure from Delhi.

Thrusday
Early morning train to haridwar, haridwar is a sister city of rishikesh, located about 30kms away. From the train station at Haridwar we will be transferred to our Accommodation in rishikesh. On arrival we will have a reflexology massage session. Evening orientation Yoga session on the banks of river Ganges in Rishikesh. Shopping in Rishikesh with a guide to guy things for the special havan session (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Havan) . We will also shop for traditional clothe to be worn for the Havan. "Ladies do not worry we will have a laday accompany you to choose your sari and then help you wear it as well"

Friday
Early morning meditation and yoga session, followed by rejuvenating Ayurvedic massages. Drive down to Haridwar to see the Ganga - Aarti (Prayer)
on the banks of river Ganges. The Ganga Aarti which is
celebrated at 7 pm each night, is a spectacular sight, when the Aarti ceremony is performed at all temples in Haridwar at the same instant.

Saturday
Trekking through the Himalayas with a yoga or  meditation teacher. The idea is you can walk, breathe the clean air and at the same time you will be trying the walking Zen meditations with the teacher. At reaching a particular point we will try and do the daily yoga class on top of the hill or the a quite Ganges river bank. Lunch will be served at the top and we should be back in time to witness the markets in the evening at Risikesh. The basic idea of these trekking mediation is to get you , your mind, body and spirit in rhythm with existence.

Sunday
Early morning Yoga session followed by Havan on the Banks of river Ganges. After Lunch have a personalized Astrology session with a Hindu Astrologer with Birth charts,
